How on earth do they do it?
According to a new Briefing Paper from the Social Policy Research Centre: "
Working parents are obliged to use non-parental childcare. However, parents who make use of non-parental childcare do not reduce their parental childcare time on an hour for hour basis." How do they pull this off? By shaving time off sleep, kissing goodbye to leisure, skimping on bathing, dressing, grooming, eating -- that's how mothers make time for their kids these days.
