The lowdown

If you had to dig up something on Brett Whiteley, Kakadu or women in politics on deadline, where would you go? The government's Culture and Recreation portal (www.cultureandrecreation.gov.au/) has a section called Articles that gives brief overviews of aspects of Australian history and culture, along with links to sites that would provide greater detail. They cover everything from the Archibald Prize to zoos. Have a look at www.cultureandrecreation.gov.au/articles/. Posted by belinda at May 27, 2004 10:23 AM
