Whether we like it or not
Looks like we're on for the free trade agreement with the US, so it's best to be informed of the worst. The
Parliamentary Library has prepared a
Research Note entitled
Australia–US Free Trade Agreement: overview of potential legal issues at
http://www.aph.gov.au/library/pubs/rn/2003-04/04rn28.pdf. It covers areas that are likely to be affected by the agreement.
