Tough at the top?

It's better to be a sales or service person than a professional these days, according to a new study by ACIRRT. Their publication, "Quality of working life: comparing the perceptions of professionals and clerical sales and service workers" is at http://www.acirrt.com/pubs/WP86.pdf. It covered issues such as pay, security of employment, bullying and harassment, recognition for work well done and feeling included. The professional groups surveyed included doctors, nurses, accountants and teachers. Posted by belinda at October 23, 2003 12:44 PM
